Scope of Services

  • We offer professional painting and decorating services, including but not limited to:
  • Interior and exterior painting.
  • Wallpaper installation and removal.
  • Commercial and residential decorating projects.
  • Surface preparation and repair.

Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
  • Prices are based on the scope of work discussed during the consultation.
  • Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

Payments

  • A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking.
  • Final payment is due upon completion of the project.

Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure the work area is accessible and free of obstructions.
  • Remove valuable or fragile items from the work area.
  • Provide accurate details about your requirements and preferences.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled start date.

Liability

  • We are fully insured for all services provided.
  • While we take utmost care, we are not liable for unforeseen damages unless caused by our negligence.

Warranties

  • We guarantee our workmanship for 1 year from the completion date.
  • This warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors or misuse.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bristol.
